Accessibility: Building regulations Part M requires at least one entrance door in a new build dwelling to allow mobility access. 21° supplies our single doors with Part M compliant threshold, as standard. We can however add various sizes of hardwood thresholds if requested. Please speak to a member of the team if you need further explanation or to check which regulations apply to your project.
